Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding US public holidays. If you place an order on a weekend or holiday, processing will begin the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment's progress directly on the carrier's website. If you haven't received a tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. KCPLAN is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you need to update your address, contact us immediately after placing your order — we cannot make changes once the order has shipped.

If your package appears lost or has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
